MobileCare Videoblog: Defining Home Care Across Europe 
Our latest MobileCare Videoblog dives into the diverse legal landscapes of home care across seven EU Member States and Serbia. From Spain’s constitutional protection of health to the informal „24-hour care” models in Germany and the fragmented structures in countries like Poland, Italy, and Malta, we explore how these different systems impact worker rights and service quality.
To address these challenges, the MobileCare project advocates for a unified EU-wide definition of home care services. We have also published a Strategic Roadmap to 2032, outlining a path toward „sustainable mobility” that protects both caregivers and the dependent individuals they serve.
